For those enrolled on the Anthem medical plan, you may access virtual medicine through Teladoc for you and your
dependents. Teladoc offers on-demand access to board-certified doctors through online video, or telephone.

 

Teladoc can even be your new resource for primary care by allowing you to establish an ongoing relationship with a provider through the Virtual Primary Care program. This allows you the ability to connect with your Teladoc PCP from anywhere!

 

Teladoc doctors can treat many medical conditions, including:

• Allergies

• Bladder infection/UTI

• Bronchitis

• Cold and flu

• Dermatology

• Nutrition​

Registering With Teladoc
Step 1: Set up your account — it’s easy! Starting January 1, go online to www.teladochealth.com and click on Set Up Account. You can also download the Teladoc app.

Step 2: Complete your medical history. Informed doctors equal better care. Log in to your account and complete
the “My Medical History” section.

Step 3: Request a consultation when needed. A Teladoc doctor is just a call away!

Don’t wait until you need Teladoc to register; do it January 1!
