Noted change for 2026: Open Enrollment will be passive, meaning your 2025 elections will remain the same for 2026 if you do not make any changes during this year's open enrollment (November 1st - 17th). NOTE: this does NOT apply to Health Savings Accounts or Flex Spending Accounts, which you must re-enroll and choose your contribution amount every year, regardless of active/passive enrollment.

Plan carriers and options for 2026 will remain the same as 2025. Rates will largely remain the same, with a slight increase in Anthem plans (~3%).

Open Enrollment is also a great opportunity to update your personal contact information in Dayforce/UKG, so please be sure we have your correct email, phone, and home address for our records. This is VERY IMPORTANT as benefits materials and communications are sent to your home address (such as HSA/Debit Cards, plan information/disclosures, carrier communications, etc.).
