For those enrolled in the Anthem plans, virtual medicine is offered through LiveHealth Online (LHO). LHO offers on-demand access to board-certified doctors through online video, or telephone. Telemedicine doctors can share information with your primary care physician with your consent. Please note that some states do not allow physicians to prescribe medications via telemedicine.

Telemedicine can treat conditions like:

• Allergies

• Bronchitis

• Bladder/UTI's

• Respiratory infections

• Pink eye

• Sore throat

• Stomach issues
